So these are Jonathan's masterpieces this year!! Love it. He spent a lot of hours on these so I'm glad I can post them for all to see ;)

Chocolate Covered Red Velvet Cake Balls!

It’s based on a mix, but I imagine you can follow the same directions substituting from scratch cake and frosting (I’ll try that one day). You can also try it with other cake combinations.

Red Velvet Cake Balls
1 box red velvet cake mix (cook as directed on box for 13 X 9 cake)
1 can cream cheese frosting (16 oz.)
1 package chocolate bark (regular or white chocolate)
wax paper

1. After cake is cooked and cooled completely, crumble into large bowl.
2. Mix thoroughly with 1 can cream cheese frosting. (It may be easier to use fingers to mix together, but be warned it will get messy.)
3. Roll mixture into quarter size balls and lay on cookie sheet. (Should make 45-50. You can get even more if you use a mini ice cream scooper, but I like to hand roll them.)
4. Chill for several hours. (You can speed this up by putting in the freezer.)
5. Melt chocolate in microwave per directions on package.
6. Roll balls in chocolate and lay on wax paper until firm. (Use a spoon to dip and roll in chocolate and then tap off extra.)

I also only melt a few pieces of chocolate bark at a time because it starts to cool and thicken. It’s easier to work with when it’s hot.

So confused...

I am so confused right now! My head is spinning out of control. I feel like I'm not myself these days and it's kinda scary. Everything I do feels wrong and everything seems to set me off whether its crying or getting angry. And of course I retract at that point and hide away in my bubble! I'm trying so hard to be the best wife, mom, and friend! I guess I just wish I could do everything perfectly but I can't. and I'll have to come to terms with that. No the house isn't always clean and I know I really could do better in that department but with kids running around and just being mentally drained I physically can't. I'm not in the right mind state. So with all the drama(which I don't wanna get into right now) this past week and pretty much losing my best friend I think I'm ready for a change. It's hard when your so close with someone for so long and things are gone in an instant. Yes we still put on a brave face and smile but we both know it will never be the same. yes I'm sad and yes I'm devistated but what more can I do! So with all that bein said I think we might move back to Texas. It's not definate yet because there are so many things that need to happen first. Have to find Jonathan a job! That's first and foremost! So yea. I'm just scared to once again not only pick up my life but my kids lives, the only one they have ever known & move cross country. The only thing I think keeping me here was my parent and manda but in the end I need to grow up and start thinkin like an adult. We would be much happier there. All of our family and most of our friends are there! It's not like we're moving somewhere we don't know anyone! I just don't know. Like I said my mind is racing as you probably can tell and I am just going to shut up now! Good night!

My little soccer star!

Matthew finished up his last day of soccer this past wednesday. Mom came out and watched him and he loved it. Spent most of the time standing around but oh well. I dont think we'll do soccer again til he is a bit older if he still wants to do it. But i got some cute pics and thats all that really matters right?! lol & you can see more in my facebook album :D

My Beautiful baby boy!! 11 months old!! ♥♥♥

I finally got my blog to work. It turns out it wasnt my blog but when i updated internet explorer it stopped working. ANYWAYS So far this month has been crazy. I've had 2 photoshoots so far this month. A family shoot and a boudoir shoot :D Super excited about those. And I've also become a Scentsy Consultant. My Consultant kit should be here tomorrow and I'll be able to start going. I've gotten 1 party on the calendar and 3 more in the works which makes me beyond excited! It'll feel good to be able to contribute in some way to the income. Even if it is a little bit here and there its still something. And Scentsy is amazing!!!!!! I absolutely love it for sure. I've got 2 warmers going in my house now. One full size one in my living room and a plug in that I have put in the boys room. I've got another one on order, a plug in that will go in my room. But my house smells absolutely fantastic! I'm excited that i'll get a scentsy buddy in my starter kit as well. I want to see how the boys like it. Speaking of which its so hard to believe that my baby is going to be 1 in less than a month! CRAZINESS! Blows my mind. I've got to start planning his party and figuring out what to buy a 1 year old who doesnt need anymore toys or clothes. Think i'll just get him the scentsy buddy and let matthew pick him something out and be done with it. Next month is gonna be jammed packed as well. On top of Covingtons birthday, we have 3 other parties to go to. And Mother's day & My 23rd birthday!!!!!! I'm definately going out for that!
